Here you can withdraw from the contract relating to an order, either in full or in part.
Please provide your order number, your full name and an email address to which we should send the confirmation of receipt.
If you only wish to withdraw individual items or quantities, please specify them in the “Message” field. If this field is left blank, the withdrawal applies to the entire order.
Once you have provided the required information, you can submit your declaration of withdrawal using the “Confirm withdrawal” button. Immediately afterwards, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing the details of your declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time it was received.
