In this blog article, dear readers, we present you the latest novelty announcement from Minichamps, which we have just received from the manufacturer. Minichamps is presenting new Formula 1 models of the current 2022 season, which are made of both resin and diecast in a scale of 1:18. In the scale 1:43, the manufactory focuses on the use of resin.

The announced Formula 1 cars are based on the versions of the races in Bahrain, Miami, Monaco and Great Britain. Not only the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team was considered by Minichamps, but also the Haas F1 and BWT Alpine F1 Team.

The models in scale 1:18 include Mick Schumacher's Haas VF22, as part of the British Grand Prix, whose career continues to soar. The squad car of teammate Kevin Magnussen from the British GP will also be made of resin in 1:18.

As far as the BWT Alpine F1 Team and its Formula 1 racing cars are concerned, we can look forward to the 1:18 resin models of Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon, which started as role models at the Bahrain GP.

With the diecast models in scale 1:18, Minichamps focuses on the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team and its Mercedes-AMG W13 racing car. The vehicles of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell will appear for the Miami GP and Monaco GP 2022 respectively. For the Hamilton model from the Monaco GP, Minichamps decides to use wett / rain rires. This is very true to the original as we all know what the weather conditions were like at this year's Monaco Grand Prix - wet, wet and wet.

Produced in scale 1:43 and from resin, Minichamps presents us models of Mick Schumacher, Kevin Magnussen, Lewis Hamilton und George Russell to the British GP.
