From our point of view, the diecast-miniatures from Autoart are currently the best modelcars of its price and equipment segment: With this week's delivery, well-kown models as the Nissan Skyline GT-R from 1971 and the Ford Focus RS 2016 arrive, which again meet the high requirements that Autoart - ownspelling AUTOart - places on itself. An extremely high accuracy of fit in the functional parts, for example, which fit with minimal gaps in their environment of diecast, distinguishes the models as well as a precise replica of every little detail. First-class quality of the paint and the printings round off the perfect impression that every modelcar from Autoart leaves on the viewer. This also applies to the miniatures of the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo, whose execution in italian red is now available for the collector.

The modelcars are available under item no. 70988 and reproduce the pre-production version of the super sports car. This was presented at the International Motor Show IAA 2015 in Frankfurt and is based on the Bugatti Vision GT of the video game Gran Turismo Sport. The vehicle is, so to speak, the prelude to the Bugatti Chiron, which appeared a year later, and set new accents with its 16-cylinder mid-engine with an output of 1,103 kW / 1,500 hp. With a displacement of 8.0 liters and four turbochargers, the Volkswagen Group's top brand hit new heights, with performance figures 25 percent higher than those of its predecessor Veyron: 1,600 Newton-meters (Nm) of maximum torque - that leaves us speechless. For comparison: 750 Nm are in a V8 in the Porsche Panamera Turbo with 404 kW / 550 hp.

The pre-production version Vision Gran Turismo / Vision GT should have a W16 with 1,230 kW / 1,673 hp and can drive. But regardless of whether Autoart replicates the pre-series or final series: there are no differences. The high level the label offers to its fans is also achieved with the Vision GT in 1:18. Impressive is the mold construction around the front bumper and the huge rear diffuser. The splinters on the front, the shafts for the headlights, grille mask, windscreen wipers and antennas inspire as well as the aerodynamic embossed design of the sills; supplemented by steerable front wheels. The openable offer a view of a prototypical interior. Autoart also considered seals and carbon structures as well as the engraving for the emergency exit in the roof. A direct hit, this prelude to the production version, really!
