Our Tweet was liked 33 times and eight times retweeted 17 hours after the publication, with which we have presented our followers the modelcars to the racing car of Charles Leclerc: This is nearly an internal record! The traditional italian label Bburago has delivered the miniatures to the Ferrari SF90 of the Formula 1 2019 in scale 1:18. Under the item number 18-16807L and with the starting number 16 appears the model of dicast in excellent quality, which are in no way inferior to the more expansive ones. The meticulously modeled front spoiler, the chassis technology, the shape of the base plate and the rear wing is better not to do - and all at a really fair price. Only seven likes and three retweets, however, recorded at the same time the parallel model, the variant with the No. 5 by Sebastian Vettel (18-16807V).
Is this about a generation change? Or are the Leclercs fans just more active on the internet? After good performances in qualifying - last time three poles in a row - and the two wins in Belgium and Italy, Leclerc had in the past few weeks upper water from the perspective of the fans and probably also of the team management of Scuderia Ferrari; Vettel seemed to be in crisis. He could score only at the Singapore Grand Prix again and took the victory. The once youngest Formula 1 champion of all time and now 32-year-old man form Heppenheim is four-time title winner, but also the father of two daughters. Does it not mean that every kid makes a racer a second slower? Whether that's true, we do not know, but basically Vettel has achieved everything and is a superstar - regardless of whether four or five world titles appear in the bill.
However, Charles Leclerc is not a father yet, is going to become 22 years young in coming October and it seems that he made the right choice with Ferrari. And vice versa, because the young, hungry for success Monegasse is in the Formula 1 for his second year with 200 points in third place driver's standings; Sebastian Vettel with 194 points, but only just behind in fifth place. Let's see what will happen next weekend in Russia, where the Formula 1 in holds its 16th of 21 races in Sochi. We also take the modelcars of Vettel and Leclerc from Bburago to the Sachsenring and Hockenheim: Next weekend you will find us at the final of the ADAC GT Masters and the week after that at the last race of this year's DTM, where also Formula 1 world champion Jenson Button will drive. We look forward to seeing you!
