The strongest version of the third generation of the series was presented to the public on June 18th, 2019: The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 has a mid-engined six-cylinder boxer now with 309 kW / 420 hp and thus achieves a top speed of 304 kilometers per hour. The new 718 Cayman GT4 accelerates from 0-100 in a fantastic 4.4 seconds.
Its about 4.0 liter engine produces a maximum torque of 420 Newton meters (Nm) between 5,000 and 6,800 revolutions per minute, what certainly excites the fans of the modelcar in scale 1:43, as well as the sporty design. Minichamps has exactly met its appearance and lines and prototypical transferred it to the modelcar produced out of diecast, and is available under the item number WAP0204160K in the color racing yellow. The front bumper and the exterior mirrors, the rear spoiler and its mount, the interior and the look of the alloy wheels are reproduced with excellent craftsmanship. Not as a model today: the new 911 RSR
The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is an exception in the program, because it is the only representative of its series, which draws its power from six cylinders. All of the other 718 models introduced in 2016 have a four-cylinder turbo charged that delivers 220 kW / 300 hp in the smallest version. About the 257 kW / 350 hp in the Cayman S and 269 kW / 365 hp in the Cayman GTS then it goes to the GT4, which is managed by a six-speed manual gearbox and wants to be understood as the basis for the pursuit of low-priced motorsports below the FIA GT3.
