Naked women are more of a rarity on our blog. Better said: never happened before. So we are especially happy about this premiere, namely a Naked Lady on a Porsche 911 GT2. Fits, right? Pretty women and sports cars, there is hardly a better mix for a man. But our naked lady exists here only in the form of a decoration of the team car of the team Elf Haberthur Racing, which brought the Porsche 911 GT2 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1998 at the start. These took place on 06. and 07. June and also produced a Porsche as the winner. The 911 GT1 factory car of Laurent Aïello, Allan McNish and Stéphane Ortelli finished on the top podium; They covered 4,773.184 kilometers over 351 laps in front of 185,000 fans, but they were not as beautifully decorated as the prototype of our model.

78 cars were registered, 47 were started and 22 came in the rating. Our Porsche started in the GT2 category and relied on the driving skills of the drivers Jean-Luc Maury-Laribiére, Eric Graham and Hervé Poulain. And certainly did not disappoint the expectations of their team, because during the sister car of the team failed our Naked Lady made it to the 20th place in the overall standings. With its 316 kW / 430 hp and 540 Newton-meters (Nm) of maximum torque, the 3.6-liter six-cylinder engine reliably drove 268 laps around the approximately 13-kilometer Circuit 24 Hours. 172 vehicles of this type were built from 1995 to 1997; in 3.9 seconds, the car spurted from zero to 100. Top speed: 296 km / h. GT-Spirit has hit the model made of Resine plastic in the appearance perfectly and limited it to 911 copies. Unfortunately!
