For this reason, we welcomed four young people to ck-modelcars this year on August 1st, 2023: three trainees and one annual intern.
We look forward to fresh inspiration and being able to offer young people in our region a perspective. Because in the end this benefits everyone: the region, our company and the young people who will shape the future in our area. With this in mind: clear the stage for Alexander Eirich, Johanna Keller, Kim Nicole Lazar and Patrick Bytomski!
17-year-old Alexander Eirich comes from Aßlar-Werdorf and is currently training to become a warehouse logistics specialist. He came to ck-modelcars through a long-term internship, where he quickly gained a foothold and felt well received. “This work has brought me back to life!” In his free time he enjoys playing football and fishing. Alexander is looking forward to many more years at ck-modelcars and a great time with colleagues. His goal is to learn a lot so that he can take on a higher position in the future. Sounds like you have ambition and a willingness to learn!
Kim Nicole Lazar from Aßlar-Bermoll, a future office management clerk, is also on board. Her curiosity about the profession was aroused by her mother, who had her office at home and was able to look over her daughter's shoulder from time to time. And why ck-modelcars? “I felt very comfortable during the trial work, a lot of time was taken, the colleagues are very friendly and I enjoy the tasks.” Good prerequisites for successfully completing your training. Because that is also the goal of the 20-year-old, who likes to cook and listen to music in her free time: to become independent and be able to live independently. The path is right!
The second person in the group to train as an office management clerk is called Patrick Bytomski and comes from Biskirchen. The 18-year-old knows that nothing in life comes for free. Even before his training, he worked as a newspaper delivery boy to earn his own money. His wish is to be taken on after his training and to be able to realize his dream of owning his own home with his wife and children. Maybe the dream car will be there too. “I am very interested in cars and also think the model cars from ck-modelcars are cool. Since the company was looking for new trainees, this was the perfect opportunity. I also wanted to do something in the office and with people in general.” Well, if that doesn’t fit like a glove!
Let's come to this year's annual intern: 16-year-old Johanna Keller from Naunheim, who wanted to get a taste of a commercial career. “I chose ck-modelcars because the tasks are varied and the working atmosphere is very good,” says the enthusiastic hobby rider. Her favorite subject, German, will certainly come in handy when working in the office. Johanna is looking forward to learning new things and growing personally.
ck-modelcars welcomes its young talent and looks forward to working and growing together!
