Stefan Bellof wrote an essential chapter of the Nordschleife: 1983 in the qualifying of the 1000 kilometer race he rounded the Nürburgring in a fabulous time of 6:11.13 minutes. On a distance of 20,835km he had an average of 202 km/h.
Norbert Singer, the Porsche chief engineer at the time, said: "Stefan broke through a sound wall, that was the epoch in this round."

The design of the Cap is inspired by the well-known racing design of the 80s. Held in a classic blue, contrasted by white and rounded off by a yellow stripe on the cap screen.
