Returns via the ck web portal

Dear client,

in case you need to return any merchandise back to us, please click the following link to gather your data – in case you live in one of the mentioned countries. If your country is not mentioned in the list below, please use a regional transport service.

Please join a copy of the original invoice as well as a description of the problem or a notice of revocation to your return. The purchase price will be refunded in the same way the payment was received.

For returns from Germany, you can request a free returns label via e-mail or telephone.
