On its own, a BMW M3 is already a hammer car, which leaves nothing to be desired. But as our headline already shows - it is still a bit better. This is also the case in the case of the BMW M3, which is internally designated with the series number F80, to which the enthusiast PS-strong automobile can order the Competition package at the factory. BMW did not enter this equipment line into the market until January 2016. Norev and BMW have now adopted a reduction of this upgraded vehicle and are delivering the diecast model from Diecast in three colors: In mineral white with the item number 80432411552, in the coating mineral gray (80432411554) and in the eye-catching, but the car from our Sight well standing Sakhir Orange with the designation 80432411553. All together: Doors and hoods can be opened all around.

What is the competition package?

The Bavarian automotive manufacturer is calling for the additional package entitled "Competition". For this, the buyer receives an increase in engine power by 14 kW / 19 hp to 331 kW / 450 hp as well as the adaptive M suspension, which has been adapted to the increased performance: The optimizations include new springs, dampers and stabilizers, modified characteristics of the three modes Comfort, Sport and Sport + as well as a modified regulation of the standard active M differential on the rear axle and the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The BMW M3 with competition package rolls on the forged 20-inch M light-alloy wheels in the styling starpacks and the equipment number 666 M also with mixed tires, thus front 265/30 R20 and rear 285/30 R20 - masterfully imitated by the makers of Norev!

The sculptors from the French Vaulx-en-Vaulin have put a high-quality miniature on the wheels, which perfectly matches the design of their model in appearance and design. Of course, the differential, DSC and damper can not be transferred to a model car like the optics of the light alloy rims. Nevertheless, the miniature is a real highlight in the program of Norev and BMW AG, which offers the model in brand-specific advertising packaging. At 1:18, the model builders have oriented themselves mainly on the reproduction of the recognition features on the outside. These include the sport exhaust system with black chrome tailpipes and the emphasis on certain details such as the extended sizes of the BMW Individual high gloss Shadow Line.

Sophisticated subtleties

The side frames, the window shaft cover and the outside mirror frame and base are not black, but the BMW kidney, the M Kieme and the model designation at the rear. Details, which Norev has really implemented in the so-called Bburago-size. The Modellautos offer, in addition to the four doors that can be opened, trunk lid to be opened and, of course, the functioning bonnet, which gives a great view of the three-dimensional, well-equipped model-car engine. But also in the interior Norev meets the subtleties of the upgraded M3 perfectly. Therefore, it is not surprising that this model of the French is also winning our best. Congratulations to the 1+!
