Christoph Krombach achieved success in several categories - amongst other things with the still young brand WERK83.
“This is always an absolute honor for us,” explains Christoph Krombach. The founder of ck-modelcars accepted the trophies at the National Car Museum. “The awards confirm that we are geared towards the wishes of collectors. Behind every model there is not only a lot of attention to detail, but also often a lot of work. It's even nicer when you're thanked with this award. A huge thank you to everyone who voted.”
What was Krombach particularly happy about? “That we have received awards again with WERK83,” he says. It is the Kremer Porsche 935 K4 #52 that collected the most votes in the “Super Model of the Year” category. The special thing about the racing vehicle from the 80s is undoubtedly the striking Jägermeister design. The orange look brought good luck last year when the Ford Capri won an award from WERK83. But that's not all: in the “J Classic 1:18 Category” it was the Porsche from WERK83 that also took first place.
The BMW M4 GT3 is not only successful in real motorsport, but also in the model car scene. The Minichamps racing vehicle won in the “Category K currently 1:18”. The modelcar with the striking front is available in different versions from different races. One of the highlights is Sheldon van der Linde's championship vehicle from the 2022 DTM. There are also other well-known designs from the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring.
By the way, the museum in Ewersbach, Germany was the perfect place for the award presentation. Because in the exhibition there is an original of the racing transporter that won in the “Category L Commercial Vehicles 1:18”. The OM Fiat 150 Rolfo Scuderia Ferrari racing transporter from CMR has been making the hearts of classic fans beat faster since its release. The same applies to the Porsche 911 RSR Turbo, which was ahead in the “M various standards category”. Here too, the CRM label was an absolute guarantee of the highest quality.
