The Turbo S from 2020 of the nine-eleven of the model series 992 is already known among the collectors because of the reductions by Minichamps. Now the opportunity presents itself, to not only purchase this vehicle there, but also in scale 1:18 at Spark. In cooperation with the sports car manufacturer, the so-called advertising models, so the modelcars that are available in a special packaging tailored to the manufacturer, appear under the item number WAP02117C0L002. The metallic color oak green is a painting that is very familiar to the fans of Porsche for many years. It presents the Porsche 911 Turbo S 2020 in a rather elegant way than a sporty one. It definitely suits the two-door coupe very well. The models are produced from the high-quality polyurethan cast resine by Spark compared to the diecast-models by Minichamps.

At the beginning of March 2020, the manufacturer from Stuttgart presented the ninth generation of the Porsche 911 Turbo S and announced the top model as stronger than ever, more driving dynamics and more comfortable than ever before. The sports car based on the series 992 comes directly as a coupe and convertible and starts with a new 3.8 liter six-cylinder. Porsche numbered the power with 478 kW / 650 hp. Supported by two VTG chargers, that is 51 kW / 70 hp more than its predecessor. The maximum torque now reaches 800 Newton meters (Nm) and thus 50 Nm more than the 991. It is not a copy of the predecessor, because the Porsche 911 Turbo S of the series 992 has grown significantly: the body is 45 millimeters wider above the front axle on the road (1,840 millimeters), the total width over the rear axle is now 1,900 millimeters (plus 20 millimeters), so a full two centimeters more!

At the front axle, the stance has increased by 42 millimeters, at the rear axle by ten millimeters. The larger rear spoiler is designed for even more downforce. This are changes, which Spark and Minichamps of course have considered with the development of the modelcars. The new front bumper with wider air intakes shows off turbo-typically with double front lights and standard LED-matrix headlights. The newly designed and - at the role model, not at the model - pneumatically extendable bow spoiler as well as enlarged rear spoiler reach 15 percent of higher downforce. The modelcars by Spark, limited to 1,000 units, which are more expensive than those from Minichamps, perfectly replicate the details right into the interior and come in a high-quality showcase to the collector.
