James Bond skalamodeller

Not a well-known investigator from the screen or the display, inspector or detective has become more important than James Bond: The Englishman Ian Fleming published the first novel around Agent 007 and the secret service MI6 in 1953; due to his outstanding position in the world of fictional secret agents, James Bond came with the start of the movies that lead viewers to exotic locations all around the world. In the run-up of each premiere, the question of which Bondgirl and which car Bond will support in each new film, electrifies the whole world. The current James Bond embodied by actor Daniel Craig. With his fifth film "No Time to Die", which debuts in April 2020, the focus is once again on cars.

Because the cars, with which James Bond chases the villains of the world, attain cult status on the screen, but also in the showcases of the modelcar collectors. Whole collection series - some with up to 100 miniatures in 1:43 - deal with the vehicles of James Bond. The car, which is associated with 007 like no other one is the Aston Martin DB5 from “Goldfinger“ and “Thunderball“ from the years 1964 and 1965. The film series with the Toyota 2000 GT, the Ford Mustang Mach 1, the Lotus Esprit and vehicles such as the Alfa Romeo GTV6, the BMW Z8 and the 750iL remained true to the genre of top-class sports cars. But since "Die Another Day" in 2002, the brand Aston Martin has been 007's first choice again. We still have the Ford Thunderbird in our shop from this particular movie; to be had just as cheaply as the other modelcars from Ixo, which make it possible to purchase the Mercedes-Benz 250 SE from “Octopussy” without putting too much strain on the pocket money account.
