The "New Horizon" project is a work of art with a message. Both the car and its design should induce one to think about changes and challenges - about new horizons. The famous BMW E3 model used for this work of art was a milestone 50 years ago for BMW and is a symbol of challenge and successful change. The E3 - full of innovative and groundbreaking technology at the time - was introduced in 1969. This was a time of change: people walked on the moon for the first time, heralded a new age and broadened our horizons.
