Under the item number 79019, Autoart has delivered new miniatures to the Koenigsegg One:1 in scale 1:18 in the last week. With this, the fans have the opportunity to enrich the line up of their showcases with a real superstar. The modelcars are not only interesting from the role model, but also outstanding in terms of finish. They therefore correspond exactly to the level that the Swedish car manufacturer Koenigsegg Automotive is aiming for: to be at the top. If you look at the performance data of the One:1 presented in 2014 at the Geneva Motor Show, you won't be able to deny yourself moving in the top league of super sports car construction. The 5.0 liter V8 delivers 1,000 kW / 1,360 hp with a total weight of the sports car of 1,360 kg. This results in a power to weight ratio of 1.0 kg per horsepower, which led to the name of the One:1, just 1:1.

Fortunately, Autoart - own speeling AUTOart - produces more modelcars of the Koenigsegg One:1, as the manufacturer built role models. The company, bassed in Ängelholm, Sweden, and founded in 1994, built just six further copies after the prototyp in the years 2014 and 2015. Despite the high output and maximum torque of 1,371 Newton meters (Nm), these are only equipped with rear-wheel drive. They are shifted by a sequential seven-speed gearbox. The One:1 accelerates in 2.8 seconds to 100 kilometers per hour; in 5.8 seconds to 200, in 11.92 seconds to 300 and in 21.5 seconds to 400 km/h! At 440 top speed, the propulsion of the car, which once cost 3.3 million euros in Germany, will come to an end. It has an elaborate construction of the 72 kilogram chassis.

That is a sandwich construction with top layers of carbon fiber reinforced plastic and a core with honeycomb structure; excellent to understand at the modelcars, which perfectly replicate the structure. It can be seen very good, if the collector opens both doors and takes off the roof center part. And in the engine compartment after lifting and noticing the powerful hood, wich allows a view on a high quality replica of the biturbo-eight-cylinder: Different colors for the different assemblies included. Plastic parts as the head lights, glazing and rear lights fit perfectly into the surrrounding of diecast. The front bumper gives an idea of the forces that must act on the model. Our editorial staff, however, is excited, but that are we usually when it's about novelties from Autoart.
