The Nürburgring Nordschleife and Porsche: a combination that makes the heart of racing fans and automobile enthusiasts beat faster. Porsche has always set new standards in terms of lap times on what is probably the world's most famous and challenging race track. Porsche achieved another highlight in this respect with the 911 GT2 RS MR and driver Lars Kern on 25 October 2018, when Lars Kern manoeuvred the 700-hp 911 through the 20.6-kilometre "Green Hell" in a fabulous lap time of 6:40.3. Porsche and Manthey thus set an exclamation mark with regard to road-legal vehicles on the Nordschleife.
With this model, every motorsport fan and model car collector can bring a whole piece of motorsport history home to their display case and dream of the most beautiful race track in the world every day.
