This size is dedicated to current and historical models. The two innovations that we can already offer come from the past. With the glass 2600 V8 from 1966 under the item number 450020700, Schuco reminded us of the times of the economic miracle. The resine miniatures, perfectly matching in appearance and detail, come to the collector in white paint and as a BMW Glass 3000 V8 1967 (450020800) in blue in an edition of 500 units each. In this way, they exactly represent the nomenclature of the takeover, because BMW took over the Bavarian carmaker Glas in 1966. The sleek shape of the V8, which was only launched in 1965, came from desiger Frua and gave the vehicle the nickname "Glaserati", but due to its expensive production costs, it did not have a bright future.
