Perfectly executed beads and lines, handicraft not to be improved and an appearance, which replicates the design of each role model in a way, as if the modelcars came from the same assembly line as the cars for the road: Features that apply to all novelties, which we received these days from GT-Sprirtmodels and Ottomodels. And for which we also appreciate these two brands. Among the news of this week are classics such as the Mazda MX-5 to find, but also brand new cars like the rear-wheel drive Audi R8 RWS 2018 or the Mercedes-AMG GT R pro from the model year 2019. Highlights include the Chevrolet Corvette C7 of the same period, which inspired us in the look of Tuner Prior Design and which GT Spirit has implemented in the scale 1:18. The company Prior Design GmbH in Kamp-Lintfort feels for every sports car the right attachments ready, alloy wheels and exhaust systems. The company's goal is to banish monotony and uniformity from the design of a car and to create individuality and sportiness. Prior Design is headed by managing director and owner Andreas Belzek. Special designs in terms of bodywork and interior are there as well to order, as there are mass-produced car body kits for all car brands. It is produced in carbon, GfK plastic, PU rim and ABS plastic. The flap exhaust systems are made in Germany. Classic engine tuning and the associated increase in engine performance are also on offer, as well as a vehicle full-wrap or design wrap.

McLaren, Bentley, Ferrari and Lamborghini, as well as the everyday brands Nissan, Mini, Audi, BMW and Dodge are well received in the offer of Prior Design. In the case of the modelcar presented here, the fans of the Corvette C7 should be addressed, for which Prior Design Tuning offers in two flavors: the narrower PDR700 aerodynamic kit and the PDR700 widebody aerodynamic kit. The latter became the role model for the model GT249 of GT Spirit models, which comes to the collector in an edition of 999 units in black exterior paint; as usual made of the high quality polyurethane resin. It is amazing how well the material is suited to work out the filigree details of the spoilers and sills. The replicas of the light-alloy wheels of the design PD5Forged are equally well done.

The attachment parts for just this wide body - so without painting and installation - require an investment of about 7.000.000 euros. GT-Spiritmodels has chosen the exclusive custom leather & alcantara interior package for its modelcars, with which the Tuner also advertises on its website for the Corvette refining. At the end of the day we see in the miniatures of the Corvette in Prior Design a real eye-catcher for the showcase, which will leave no collector cold and therefore should not be missing in any sports car collection. And which other highlights catch our eye? Friends of the Volkswagen Golf GTI can look forward to a large scale 1:12 model of the second edition of the model year 1989 in its sportiest outfit.
