The team celebrated many triumphs in sprint and long-distance races around the world. The team's most recent success is winning the drivers' and teams' championship in the DTM 2022.

As reigning champions, Schubert Motorsport started the team's second DTM season the following year with Sheldon van der Linde and three-time champion René Rast. In the repeatedly hard-fought series, the team was not able to quite match the previous year's performance.

Nevertheless, the season was very successful. With fourth and fifth places in the championship for Sheldon van der Linde and René Rast, Schubert was the most successful BMW team. They also secured fourth place in the team rankings.

After a difficult start to the season, at the home race in Oschersleben of all places, last year's champions came back even stronger. Sheldon van der Linde's second place in Zandvoort was followed by a double victory and a double podium at the third stop of the season at the Norisring.

As a result, both drivers managed to achieve points regularly and thus establish themselves at the top of the championship table. They rounded off a thoroughly successful season with another double victory at the Red Bull Ring and a podium victory for René Rast at the finale in Hockenheim.

Model manufacturer Minichamps has released the two BMW M4 GT3s from Schubert Motorsport of the 2023 DTM season in a scale of 1:18. The models, limited to 301 and 333 copies respectively, have a faithful cockpit replica and a detailed engine compartment. The hood, doors and trunk can be opened and the front wheels can be steered.

The models were chosen as winners in the “Model Car of the Year” election by the trade magazine “Modellfahrzeug” in the “K aktuell 1:18” category and are available exclusively from ck-modelcars.
